WHAT IS THE BEST DIET?


PROTEIN DIET 
WHAT IS THIS DIET? It restricts the consumption of carbohydrates such as bread, pasta and sweets, and privileges the protein, such as meat, eggs, and cheeses. Vegetables and fruits are banned and only a few types of greenery are released.
HOW DOES IT WORK? By restricting the consumption of carbohydrates, the body uses fat to produce energy. According to Atkins, this phenomenon is called ketosis. 
WHY WILL IT AVOID THERE?  The protein diet has always been criticized for its high-fat content (which can cause cardiovascular problems). In addition, it is a diet low in fiber, vitamins, and minerals. Lack of carbohydrates can cause drowsiness, weakness, and headache.

VEGETARIAN DIET
WHAT IS THIS DIET? The consumption of meat (red or white) is prohibited.
HOW DOES IT WORK? Because it is a low-calorie diet, vegetarians tend to be lean, healthy and develop fewer illnesses because they have a higher intake of whole foods, fruits, and vegetables.
WHY WILL IT AVOID THERE? The restricted consumption of proteins, without adopting a balanced diet, can bring about losses, such as deficiency of B vitamins and some minerals (iron, vitamin B12 and zinc). To meet the shortage of protein, vegetarians often increase their consumption of cheese, milk, and carbohydrates, which can contribute to weight gain.

RESTRICTED DIET IN FATS
WHAT IS THIS DIET? The restricted diet in fats advocates the banishment of any and all type of fat from the diet. Both of animal origin (bacon, butter, meats) and vegetable origin (soy, canola, corn and sunflower oils) should be avoided.
HOW DOES IT WORK?  If each gram of protein or carbohydrate provides 4 calories, each gram of fat provides more than double: 9. The trend is then that lower fat intake will lead to greater weight loss.
WHY WILL IT AVOID THERE? All elements are indispensable for the proper functioning of the organism. Until, and especially, the fats. The consumption of fats below the recommended one compromises some functions of the organism, like for example the production of hormones.

BLOOD TYPE DIET
WHAT IS THIS DIET? Developed by the American physician Peter D'Adamo, it assumes that the blood type influences the metabolism of each individual. Therefore, some foods are recommended and some are forbidden.
HOW DOES IT WORK? There are no studies that prove that the diet works. By imposing restrictions, it causes weight loss.
WHY WILL IT AVOID THERE? Some blood types are more impaired than others. There is the restriction of certain foods (eg, meats, beans, milk and derivatives ....) that can lead to nutritional imbalance.

IDEAL DIET
WHAT IS THIS DIET? The ideal diet is one that does not restrict food consumption but seeks to balance them. It should contain 55% to 60% carbohydrates, 20% to 25% fats and 15% to 20% proteins. It is also recommended to ingest 20 to 30 grams of fiber per day.
HOW DOES IT WORK? The ideal diet should be calculated to lose between 1 and 1.2 kg per week or 4 and 5 kg per month.
WHY WOULD YOU DO THEM? Any and all diet needs to be individualized and lead the individual to diet re-education. It is safe in all nutrients by not making restrictions.
